After several weeks of dedicated work, our team successfully completed the expansive 1800 square-foot deck project. Made using the highly durable WearDeck in a beautiful barefoot sand finish, this deck is not only stunning but also ensures longevity and minimal maintenance. A defining feature of the deck is its two elegant patio covers, providing ample shade and creating cozy spots for relaxation. Accessibility and safety were paramount in our design, as evident with the ADA-compliant handrail installed on the stairs. Lastly, we added a sleek drink rail around the perimeter, ensuring guests have a convenient spot to place their beverages while enjoying the deck’s ambiance. The final product is a testament to our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

For this project, ensuring safety and aesthetic coherence was of utmost importance, especially when it came to handrails. Around the deck, we meticulously installed 310 linear feet of vinyl rail, chosen both for its durability and its elegant appearance. Along the seawall and beach access stairs, we opted for 260 linear feet of sturdy aluminum rail. This choice not only provides the necessary safety measures for those areas but also ensures resistance to the corrosive seaside elements, combining utility with longevity.
